Personal therapy
A space dedicated entirely to you — for emotional regulation, self-empowerment, and the slow work of coming home to yourself.
Therapy

A space dedicated entirely to you — for emotional regulation, self-empowerment, and the slow work of coming home to yourself.
Non-verbal tools that gently bypass defenses and reach the heart of things — change that both the teenager and the parents can feel.
Art and movement as a language of growth — a clinical repertoire developed across years of educational and personal practice.
Supporting schools and educational clinics — building working frameworks, training staff, and helping institutions hold real complexity.

Children find a way in through play. Teenagers discover someone willing to sit with them without judgment. Adults rediscover parts of themselves they'd forgotten were even there.

The Studio
Scroll through the modalities I use — woven differently for every person who walks in.
Body-based work that releases what words still can't say.
Image and material as a language of growth and regulation.
Animal-assisted work that meets the most guarded parts gently.
Play as the natural language of childhood — and a clinical tool of precision.
Honest, attuned conversation that gives shape to what was felt.
